  • How do I register?

    You can access the registration system here.

  • How do I upgrade my pass?

    To upgrade your pass,

    1. Log in to your registration account

    2. Click “Upgrade Pass” and choose your pass type

    3. Continue through the registration process

    4. Select your payment method and submit your registration

  • Is there an age requirement to attend the event?

    Yes. The minimum age required to attend the event is 18 years of age.


    The GSMA acknowledges that there may be circumstances in which a guardian has to bring an individual younger than 18 years of age (a “Minor”) to the Event in the absence of adequate childcare. Should you wish to bring a Minor along with you to the Event, please visit our Event Terms and Conditions for more information.

  • How do I reset my password?

    You can reset your password on the “Forgot Your Password” page. Enter the email address you used to register and click “Submit” to receive an email link to reset your password.

  • Why am I not receiving registration or password reset emails?

    To ensure delivery of important registration information, be sure to add [email protected] to your email contact list. Check your spam/junk folders, and ensure your organization allows emails from [email protected].

  • How do I make changes to my registration?

    Log in to your registration account and click “Update My Personal Info” to edit your personal information. Please note, your Primary Email Address and Last Name cannot be changed. Contact the Registration Team at [email protected] if you need additional assistance.

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

    Payment for a Leaders Conference or Discovery Exhibition Pass is accepted in US Dollars (USD) only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, JCB, and American Express. Wire Transfer is accepted when final payment exceeds USD 5,000.

  • Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

    To print your registration invoice or receipt log in to your registration account, go to the Home page, and select “Download your invoice/receipt”.

  • What are the cancellation and substitution policies?

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as 'no shows', will be liable for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given.

    Cancellation of air travel reservations and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant, regardless of reason or cause.

    To arrange a substitution, please e-mail full details to [email protected]. Please quote “Pass Substitution MWC Las Vegas 2023” in the subject line of the e-mail. The new attendee will automatically be emailed a Confirmation email once the process has been completed. Please note that this might take a few days to complete. For complimentary passes, please contact the inviter company for substitution arrangements. 

    Once a badge has been issued or Digital Access Pass activated at the event, substitutions are no longer allowed. To read our complete Attendee Terms and Conditions, click here. 

  • I received a registration code or discount code. How do I use it?

    If you have received a registration or discount code, please follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration.

    If you did not receive instructions to register, go to the MWC Las Vegas 2023 registration page and click “Apply Code” at the bottom left side of the page. Enter the code and follow the instructions to complete registration.

    If you do not have a code, just skip over the code entry area when registering, then select and pay for your chosen pass type.

  • My registration code or discount code does not work. What do I do?

    If you received a registration code by email invitation and it does not work, check the code expiration date in the invitation. If the code has expired, please contact the inviting company to issue you a new registration code.

    Also, be sure to use the email address where the invitation was sent. Registration codes sent by email invitation are email validated and cannot be used to register at a different email address.

    If you received a discount code and it does not work, please contact the person or company who issued the code and request a new discount code.

  • Can I buy more than one pass?

    Yes, you can purchase more than one pass. In order to purchase up to an additional 28 passes you must complete your own registration first.

Visa Support Letter Enquiries

  • Do I need a visa to enter the United States?

    The U.S. government recommends you reach out to your local United States Embassy or Consulate-General first for travel information. In addition, please click here for more information on U.S. visa requirements.

  • How do I get a Visa Support Letter?

    GSMA’s registration partner can provide you with a visa support letter for you to submit along with your visa application, should it be required. After registering for MWC Las Vegas, you can log in at any time to request a visa support letter through your registration account. Please note your registration must be complete and full payment must be received before your visa support letter will be issued.

    Neither the GSMA nor our registration partner take responsibility for the issuance of visas. It is the responsibility of attendees to ensure they allow sufficient time for processing the invitation letter or visa prior to travel to the event. We are unable to provide assistance with visa applications beyond supplying the visa support letter. Only fully paid and/or complimentary registrations will be granted visa support letters.     If you do not require a visa, please do not apply for visa support. We will not issue a visa invitation letter to attendees from countries that do not require one.

    Because GSMA Ltd.is a US- based organization, and its GSMA Group affiliates are UK and EU based organizations, GSMA Ltd. must comply with all applicable US, UK and EU trade sanctions.  Those trade sanctions prohibit GSMA Ltd. from issuing a visa invitation letter to delegates from Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria, as is also the case for delegates from other countries or territories who have been designated as sanctioned persons by the US, UK and/or EU authorities.

    Please note that regardless of your personal visa invitation, you will not be permitted to access GSMA Ltd. events if the company you represent is subject to US, UK and/or EU trade sanctions.

Venue Access

  • How do I access to the event?

    MWC Las Vegas 2023 is now a badge-less event, with attendees using a Digital Access Pass available from our new MWC Las Vegas event app.

    Once the app has launched, we will send you an email with instructions on how to download the app and login.

  • What are the opening hours of the registration desks?

    Please note as MWC Las Vegas 2023 is a badge-less event, we will only support registration inquiries onsite and not badge collection as attendees will access MWC Las Vegas using their Digital Access Pass available from our new MWC Las Vegas event app.

  • What is extended hour access?

    Extended Hour access provides access for the exhibitors to the venue outside of event hours. Full details on Extended Hours dates and times are available in the Online Event Manual.

  • Is there a badge for networking?

    We will provide optional badges for networking and lead retrieval purposes. For more information, please check back to our event website closer to the event. Please note that these badges cannot be used to enter the venue or sessions.

Speaker Registration Enquiries

  • I am speaking at MWC Las Vegas. How do I register?

    The Speaker Management Team will contact Conference and Keynote speakers with instructions on how to register. You can contact the team directly at [email protected].

    If you are speaking at an event or program other than the official conference program, please contact the organizer of that event for instructions on how to register.

Press Registration Enquiries

  • How do I apply for Press/Analyst Accreditation?

    To apply as Press/Analyst, please click “Press/Analyst” on the registration website and submit accreditation requirements. You should expect a decision within 14 days from submission of your completed application. Please note this could take longer at peak times.

CTIA and GSMA Members Enquiries

  • Where do I find my CTIA or GSMA Member code?

    CTIA and GSMA Members benefit from a 50% discount on passes to MWC Las Vegas.

    If you are a CTIA Member, please contact CTIA via email at [email protected] to receive your registration discount code. To check if your company is a CTIA member, please click here.

    If you are a GSMA Member, Your Member ID is required to register and receive the discount. Please do not begin registration until you have your Member ID to hand.

    1. Search for your Member Organisation and click on your Organisation Page 
    1. On your Organisation Page scroll down to Organisation Information to view your Member ID (your Member ID will be a five, six or seven digit alphanumerical or numerical code)  
    1. In order to receive your discount, you must supply your Member ID prefixed with ‘LAS’ during registration (i.e. if your Member ID is AB1234, enter ‘LASAB1234’ into the code box on the first step of the registration process).

    Please note: GSMA Member Discounts can only be used by attendees from a member organisation. Member Discount codes should not be shared with external customers and clients. Should you have any queries regarding Member Discounts, please contact [email protected]. 

Exhibitor and Partner Registration Enquiries

  • How do I log in to my Exhibitor/Partner/Sponsor E&P account?

    GSMA Exhibitor & Partner Registration System (E&P) will go live in mid-June.

    Registration Coordinators will receive login information via email. Please add [email protected] to your contact list or add the domain @mwclasvegas.com to your company’s email allow list.

    To access the GSMA Exhibitor & Partner Registration System (E&P), log in to your registration account here. Click the profile button on the menu bar at the top and select the E&P account you wish to access on the right side of the screen. If you do not see the account you wish to access, contact the Registration Team at [email protected].

  • Do I need to register for MWC Las Vegas if I have an E&P account?

    All MWC Las Vegas attendees must complete registration to access to the event. E&P Registration Coordinators are not automatically registered when the E&P account is created.

    If you are an E&P Registration Coordinator, be sure to log in to your registration account here, click your attendee account on the left side of the screen, and enter your details to complete your registration.

Partner Programs and Experiences Enquiries

  • How do I submit my information to attend Partner Programs, Experiences, and Networking Events?

    Our Partner Programme Application System (PAS) will go live in mid-June. You can apply or sign up to attend Partner Programs and Experiences from within your registration account.

    Click here to log in to your existing registration account or create a new one. You can apply for Partner Programs during the registration process or by logging back into your account and click on “Apply for Programmes” at any time. Once you have completed your registration you can submit your information for Experiences and Networking Events.

Special Needs Visitors

  • Does the venue comply with ADA Accessibility Standards?

    Please click here for the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) West Hall accessibility map. You may also refer to LVCC building user manual and Access Las Vegas Brochures for more information.

  • Is the venue service animal friendly?

    Service animals are always welcome at LVCC, and no pre-approval is required. For details, please refer to LVCC Building Users Manual.

  • Where can I find general ADA assistance for the Las Vegas Convention Center?

    Please dial 1-702-892-0711 to contact ADA Coordinator at Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority for further assistance.

  • Can I request a companion pass?

    Attendees with disabilities who require the assistance of a companion during the event, can request a Companion Pass from GSMA up to two weeks before the event. The following rules apply for the Companion Passes:

    • A companion pass will be provided once legal proof of the disability is presented
    • The companion pass will match the badge type of the designated badge holder
    • The bearer of the companion pass must be accompanied by the person with an accessibility designated badge at all times
    • The companion pass holder does not have access to any events on their own
  • Is Sign Language Interpretation available at MWC Las Vegas?

My MWC App Networking

  • How can I network on the My MWC app?

    If you opt-in to networking on the My MWC app, your profile becomes visible to others who have also opted-in to networking. You will be able to search, view and message attendees from a range of GSMA events, including other MWC events and M360 events. Likewise, others will be able to contact you.

  • How long can I use the networking function for?

    You can use the networking function for up to 9 months after the event. If you attend another GSMA event, the 9 month time-limit will reset from the last event you attended.

  • Who can I network with?

    You can network with other GSMA event attendees who have also opted-in to networking. This includes attendees from other MWC and M360 events.

  • Can I opt-out of networking?

    Yes, you can opt-out at any time by disabling the networking function within the app.

  • Can I prevent other users from messaging me on the app?

    Yes, you can block users on the app. If you block another user, they will not be able to interact with or message you. GSMA is dedicated to providing a positive, harassment-free event experience for all participants. If you are subject to inappropriate conduct or made to feel unsafe, please email [email protected]. Enhanced Networking

  • What is enhanced networking?

    GSMA offers a curated networking service which proactively facilitates introductions between like-minded event attendees. If you opt-in to enhanced networking, we may use your professional profile to match you with an organisation who has expressed an interest in meeting people like you. If your profile matches their areas of interest, we will ask if you would like to be introduced to them. If you say yes, we will facilitate the introduction. If you say no, an introduction will not take place and your personal details will not be shared with the organisation.

  • How do I opt-in?

    You can opt-in to enhanced networking when registering for the event.

  • What happens if I decline an invitation to connect?

    If you do not wish to meet an organisation, we will not share your details with them and no introduction will be made. They will not know that you declined their invitation.

  • Who will my data be shared with?

    In order to deliver the service, your data will be shared with GSMA’s agent. Once you have confirmed that you would like to meet the interested organisation, your data will be shared with them. We only share your personal details with your express consent. Please see our Privacy Notice for further details about when, why and with whom we share personal data.

  • How do I opt-out?

    You can opt-out at any time by logging into your My MWC account and disabling the enhanced networking service. Once you opt-out, your profile will no longer be visible in the system and you will not be contacted for any introductions.
