How do I reset my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the registration website, clicking on the "Sign In" button and then the "Forgot Password" link. You will receive a password reset email
Please check your junk / spam folders for the email if you did not receive it.
Why am I not receiving any communications?
There are many factors why emails may not be received and is probably down to the individual mail server settings or the spam filtering used by your company. Please check your spam folder and contact the IT department of your company to ask them to whitelist [email protected]
How do I make changes to my registration?
Log in to your registration account and click 'Contact Information' to edit your personal information. Please note, your Primary Email Address cannot be changed. Contact the Registration Team at [email protected] if you need additional assistance.
How can I unlock my account?
If you see an error message saying that your account is locked, please contact [email protected]
Can a fake email address be used for attendee registration?
A valid email address is required to register for MWC. If you do not use a valid address, you will not receive any invitations, confirmation of your registration, visa support letters, password recovery and other important registration emails.
How can I add an alternative email address to my registration?
You can opt to add an additional email address during the registration process or you can log back into your registration account and update your Contact Information
You will receive copies of your registration emails (except password reset or visa support letter) to this additional address.
How can I change my contact information?
If any of your information has changed, just log back into your account and edit the Contact Information section. Please note, you will not be able to change your email address. If you need to change your email address, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
How can I stop receiving GSMA emails?
If you wish to manage other emails that the GSMA may send to you, please access the Email Preference Centre to manage your opt-in choices.
Visa Support
Do I a require visa to enter the United States?
Please check the information here to see whether you require a visa.
How do I request a visa support letter?
Please log back into your registration account and click on ‘Apply for a visa letter’ and fill in all the mandatory fields.
GSMA’s registration partner can provide you with a visa support letter for you to submit along with your visa application, should it be required. After registering for MWC Las Vegas, you can log in at any time to request a visa support letter through your registration account. Please note your registration must be complete and full payment must be received before your visa support letter will be issued.
Neither the GSMA nor our registration partner take responsibility for the issuance of visas. It is the responsibility of attendees to ensure they allow sufficient time for processing the invitation letter or visa prior to travel to the event. We are unable to provide assistance with visa applications beyond supplying the visa support letter. Only fully paid and/or complimentary registrations will be granted visa support letters. If you do not require a visa, please do not apply for visa support. We will not issue a visa invitation letter to attendees from countries that do not require one.
GSMA Ltd. LLC is a US-based organization, and its GSMA Group affiliates are UK, EU and Switzerland based organizations. Accordingly, GSMA Ltd. LLC must comply with all applicable US, UK, EU and Swiss trade sanctions. Those trade sanctions prohibit GSMA Ltd. LLC from issuing a visa invitation letter to delegates from Cuba, Iran and North Korea, as is also the case for delegates from other countries or territories who have been designated as sanctioned persons by the US, UK, EU and/or Swiss authorities.
Please note that regardless of your personal visa invitation, you will not be permitted to access GSMA Ltd. LLC events if you (individually) or the company you represent is subject to US, UK, EU and/or Swiss trade sanctions.

If you have received your visa invitation letter, however the information is incorrect, please log back into your account, access the visa letter section and request a change.
Visa Information
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the correct visa (if required) to enter the United States. If you require a visa support letter, you can request one via your registration account after you have completed your registration.
When can I apply for my visa?
GSMA can provide you with a supporting invitation letter, which you can request via your registration account after your registration is fully completed and any outstanding payment is settled.

The press team is reviewing your application and will respond shortly to advise if you have been approved. Please allow 5 - 10 working days while we review your application for a press pass. If you have not heard from us after this time, please email [email protected]
Payment, Refunds & Cancellations
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment is accepted in US Dollars (USD) only. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, JCB, and American Express. Wire Transfer is accepted when final payment exceeds USD 5,000.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you when payment is complete. Alternatively, you can log in to your registration account and click on Invoices. You will be able to download a copy.
Can I cancel my pass?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations, as well as "no shows" will be liable for the full registration fee. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the registrant. Please consult the Attendee Terms for full details.
- Client Portal users with a pass allocation should log into their account and check the registration status of the pass they wish to cancel. Your Help Guide can assist you further with this process.
- If you registered for your pass using an invite or code given to you by an Exhibitor or Partner, please contact them directly if you are not able to attend.
- If you have paid for your pass, you have an option in your registration account, to give your pass to a colleague. Please select the Substitution option in your account.
Please note: Once a pass has been used to enter the venue, substitutions cannot be made.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, JCB and American Express.
What currencies do you accept?
We only accept payment in US $
Can I pay by wire / bank transfer?
You can pay by wire / bank transfer when the transaction amount exceeds $5,000. Please ensure your payment is made in advance of the event as you will not be able to access your Digital Access Pass, which is required for entry into the event. The cut-off date for wire transfers is Friday 26 September 2025 (midnight).
Can I downgrade my pass?
Downgrades of passes are permitted but will still be liable for the full registration fee of the original pass purchased. For more information, please see our Attendee Terms.
How can I change my invoice data?
Please email [email protected] specifying precisely what details would you like to change and how would you like them to appear on the invoice. Once received, we will proceed with the modification as soon as possible.
Venue Access
What do I need to access the venue for the event?
All attendees will need an active Digital Access Pass to enter the venue. Please see the Digital Access Pass section for more details.
Do you have badges?
All attendees will be able to collect a networking badge for use once in the venue. This badge is not permitted to be used for access.
Can I use the Digital Access Pass to enter the venue during the move-in / move-out?
Exhibitors, Partners and Sponsors should refer to the access information in their OEM

Can I request a Companion Pass?
Attendees with disabilities who require the assistance of a companion during the event, can request a Companion Pass from GSMA up to two weeks before the event. The following rules apply for the Companion Passes:
- A companion pass will be provided once legal proof of the disability is presented
- The companion pass will match the badge type of the designated badge holder
- The bearer of the companion pass must be accompanied by the person with an accessibility designated badge at all times
- The companion pass holder does not have access to any events on their own
Digital Access Pass
Where can I find my Digital Access Pass?
Your Digital Access Pass can be accessed via the MWC Event Series App or via your registration account
When will the Digital Access Pass be available?
The Digital Access Pass will be visible from 11 October so please make sure you can see if before you arrive at the event.

Do I need my Digital Access Pass inside the venue?
Your Digital Access Pass can also be used for entry into sessions within the venue as well as lead retrieval.
My battery has run out and I cannot use my phone?
You will need to charge your phone and ensure you can access the MWC Event Series App before you can enter the venue. Alternatively, you can log in to your registration account from any type of device (e.g. tablet) and display the pass from here
My device is not working / lost / stolen, how can I get in?
You will need a device – phone, tablet, laptop – to be able to access your registration account and display your Digital Access Pass.
Is there any other way for me to access my Digital Access Pass?
If you are unable or do not wish to download the MWC Event Series app, you can access your Digital Access Pass from the home page of your registration account.
MWC Event Series App
How can I network with the MWC Event Series App?
If you opt-in to networking in the MWC Event Series App, your profile becomes visible to others who have also opted-in to networking. You will be able to search, view and message attendees from a range of GSMA events, including other MWC events and M360 events. Likewise, others will be able to contact you. How do I get the MWC Event Series App?
Go to our website for the quick links to the app stores.
I can't login to the MWC Event Series App?
Your login details are the same details that you used for your registration account. If you have forgotten your password, please go to your registration account and follow the instructions to reset your password via the login button.
I can't download the MWC Event Series App?
If you are unable to download the app from any of the available stores, you can access your Digital Access pass from your registration account. However, if you can download the app, please do so.
Networking
How long can I use the networking function for?
You can use the networking function for up to 9 months after the event. If you attend another GSMA event, the 9 month time-limit will reset from the last event you attended.
Who can I network with?
You can network with other GSMA event attendees who have also opted-in to networking. This includes attendees from other MWC and M360 events.
Can I opt-out of networking?
Yes, you can opt-out at any time by disabling the networking function within the app or by logging into your registration account and accessing the networking section
Can I prevent other users from messaging me on the app?
Yes, you can block users on the app. If you block another user, they will not be able to interact with or message you. GSMA is dedicated to providing a positive, harassment-free event experience for all participants. If you are subject to inappropriate conduct or made to feel unsafe, please email [email protected]. What is enhanced networking?
GSMA offers a curated networking service which proactively facilitates introductions between like-minded event attendees. If you opt-in to enhanced networking, we may use your professional profile to match you with an organisation who has expressed an interest in meeting people like you. If your profile matches their areas of interest, we will ask if you would like to be introduced to them. If you say yes, we will facilitate the introduction. If you say no, an introduction will not take place and your personal details will not be shared with the organisation.
How do I opt-in?
You can opt-in to enhanced networking when registering for the event or via the MWC Event Series app.
What happens if I decline an invitation to connect?
If you do not wish to meet an organisation, we will not share your details with them and no introduction will be made. They will not know that you declined their invitation.
How do I opt-out?
You can opt-out at any time by logging into your My MWC account and disabling the enhanced networking service. Once you opt-out, your profile will no longer be visible in the system and you will not be contacted for any introductions.
Are you providing a networking badge?
Yes. Networking badges will be available for collection once inside the venue.
Can I use my networking badge to enter the venue?
No, networking badges are not permitted for venue access. All attendees are required to show their Digital Access Pass either via the MWC Event Series App or from their registration account for entry.
Data Privacy
What information do I need to provide to register for MWC Las Vegas?
All attendees might be required to provide the following personal data during the registration process:
a. Global Event’s account profile:
- Full name;
- Email address;
- Gender;
- Address; and
- Phone number.
- Company name;
- Job title;
- Job level;
- Area of responsibility;
- Company industry type;
- Areas of interest related to the event topics; and
- Networking profile photo.
b. Digital access pass photo:
- “Selfie” or uploaded photo image.
Who will access and process my personal data during the registration process?
In addition to GSMA (the owner and organizer of MWC) as data controller, your data will also be processed by the following third parties as part of the registration process:

Where will my personal data be stored?
Attendee personal data will be stored on servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA). Whilst any and all biometric data processed as part of an attendee choosing to automatically validate their ID will only be accessed from within the EEA, non-biometric data submitted as part of the registration process may, on occasion, be accessed from outside of the EEA as part of administering the event registration process.
When will my personal data be deleted?
Your personal data will be deleted as follows:
a) Global Event’s account profile: This will be deleted after 12 months from the last time you logged in/accessed your Global Event’s account.
b) Digital access pass photo: This will be deleted 24 hours following the end of the event dismantle and no later than Friday 17 October 2025.
