Speaker Bio

Tom Dombrowsky is Vice President, Engineering and Technology Policy and in this role is responsible for developing and advancing the engineering and technological elements of T-Mobile’s wireless, wireline, network, and electromagnetic spectrum policies across international, federal, and state regulatory, legislative, and standards bodies. He helps build and maintain a unified, comprehensive technology and spectrum policy agenda for the business to determine and realize T-Mobile’s technology needs, including but not limited to: the acquisition of additional spectrum, obtaining authorizations, approvals, waivers, and extensions; protection of network and technology-related practices from regulatory impairment; network management; satellite policy; 5G technologies and beyond; artificial intelligence; public safety and resiliency; cybersecurity and national security.


 


Prior to joining T-Mobile, Tom worked with two different DC-based law firms advocating for clients on spectrum and engineering technology policy matters. Previously, Tom worked at the Federal Communications Commission managing policy and licensing matters for both the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and the Private Radio Bureau.


 


Tom has a BSEE from Lehigh University.
