As chief transformation officer, Vishy works with customers to define and drive transformational outcomes using the ServiceNow platform. 

Before joining ServiceNow, Vishy was responsible for technology transformation at AT&T, overseeing the company's multi-year roadmap and value realization strategy. There, Vishy helped transition the enterprise application portfolio to a modern, event-based architecture. He also championed the deployment of a company-wide ServiceNow capability for inventory management, while evolving internal technology development to an enterprise value streams approach. His prior roles at AT&T spanned corporate strategy, innovation, and product management.

Vishy’s previous experience includes leadership positions at SAP, Nokia, Motorola, and Capgemini, covering technology sales, consulting, alliances, and distributed systems development. He is also a co-author of Work Goes Mobile (Wiley & Sons, 2006).
