She has spearheaded flagship initiatives, including the TeckNexus Private Network Industry Awards, the Private Network Readiness Assessment Tools across verticals such as manufacturing, utilities, aviation, and mining, and the Private Network Magazine, which provides enterprises, operators, and technology providers with actionable intelligence and visibility.
Before founding TeckNexus, Hema held leadership roles across the telecom and technology sectors, building expertise in digital transformation, innovation strategy, and ecosystem partnerships.
