- Leading a major effort with an Enterprise software player – conducting a Product strategy and delivery study transforming PM, Eng & Design capabilities and op model to accelerate build of AI enabled and Agentic products with a sustained double-digit incremental growth ambition
- Led the Product /Tech transformation of 200+ products with $20B+ revenue impact. Built structure and capabilities for the Payments company to become more Product oriented in their operating model. Coached over 50 senior leaders in the organization on the new ways of working
- Led assessment and redefinition of the Technical Program Management (TPM) role for the Client’s Business Platform. Aligned leadership team towards a product/ platform- oriented op. model outlining transformation roadmap. Implemented a capability building program for the
TPM role - Led sales enablement / product marketing effort with the goal of educating 300+ Enterprise sales accounts (worth $5-7B in TCV) on the cloud product value. Ran capability building program for 200 exec members on clients repositioned strategy
- Reconfigured the Software org structure and operating model to enable growth, impacting ~$1B in revenue and conducted Product Management capabilities assessment. Aligned leadership team towards new structure and transformation roadmap
