Neha currently serves in the IBM CIO Office as a Core Network and Hosting Leader. She is at the forefront of transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and revolutionizing enterprise network connectivity technologies. In her role, Neha leads one of the world’s largest enterprise application delivery networks - overseeing critical infrastructure including hybrid cloud data centers, Points of Presence (PoPs), network transport, hosting facilities, compute and storage platforms, application gateways, and network security services.
Prior to IBM, Neha led the Network Cloud Services organization at Intuit, where she delivered secure, scalable, and automated cloud network solutions. Her work supported production applications serving over 100 million customers globally, spanning cloud network architecture, private transport, CDN, DNS, certificate management, and encryption services.
