Zach Katz serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of FaZe Clan where he oversees content, talent merchandise, consumer goods, sponsorships, and esports businesses. The Russian-born music and media mogul immigrated to the US in 1979 with his family at the age of seven. Katz launched his career in 1996 as a music attorney and grew his role in the industry to music manager for numerous artists, producers and writers. In 2006 he co-founded the successful record label Beluga Heights with his client and partner JR Rotem, racking up millions of album sales representing massive artists including Jason Derulo and Sean Kingston. Katz then went on to serve as the President of BMG and was one of the founding partners of Raised in Space, a music and tech investment group. Katz Joined FaZe Clan in 2022 under CEO and music industry veteran Lee Trink.
