As the Vice President and General Manager of Iridium’s IoT and Aviation business, Tim Last leads teams supporting a diverse set of markets and applications that all take advantage of the world’s leading mobile satellite services network. IoT has been Iridium’s fastest growing segment for the last 6 years and as new entrants abound in the small sat world focused on IoT, Iridium remains at the forefront of delivering world-class safety, security, and IoT solutions to hundreds of companies around the world. Having led the IoT team at Iridium for the last 5 years, Tim has a unique perspective on what makes for a successful satellite strategy in serving both fixed and mobile needs across a wide range of verticals including Heavy Equipment OEMs, Maritime, Aviation including UAV and Global Transportation.
