Michele is Counsel, Vice President, Regulatory Affairs at T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS).  In that position, she leads a team of attorneys and subject matter experts who represent T-Mobile’s business and regulatory interests at the FCC, FTC, State Public Utility Commissions and the State Attorneys General. She has held numerous Government Affairs roles with the company during her twenty-five years tenure.  Prior to entering the private sector, she was a senior advisor to the late U.S. Congressman Robert A. Roe (D-NJ), Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.  She holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia; and a Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law.  She served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Margaret Mary McVeigh, J.S.C..  She is a past co-chair of both the New England and New York Chapters of the Federal Communications Bar Association (“FCBA”); and, formerly served on the Executive Committee of the FCBA.
