Lynn Starr is Ericsson’s Vice President of North America Government Affairs, responsible for the Company’s strategic and policy advocacy before Congress. Repeatedly named a “Top Lobbyist” by The Hill, Lynn has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry sectors. After serving as legislative counsel for a member of the US House of Representatives focusing on telecommunications related issues, Lynn went on to work in senior government affairs positions at Ameritech, Qwest and Motorola Solutions. Continuing her work with innovative technologies, at Ericsson, she is focused on issues related to 5G wireless technology.
Lynn graduated from Boston College and American University’s Washington College of Law. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
