Chris Bauschka leads the telecommunications, media and technology industries at ServiceNow. In this role, he helps global companies in these industries create a simple, easy, and engaging experience for employees and customers from the front office to the network, using the latest tactics and technologies in AI and machine learning, operational efficiency and customer engagement. His organization actively grows the ServiceNow industry business based on applying these technologies to industry use cases.
Prior to ServiceNow, Chris led telecommunications and media industry organizations and functions at Salesforce, Oracle and Siebel. Chris holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
