Callie began her career at T-Mobile in Retail and leveraged her learnings from those early experiences in her sales career, where she became well-known throughout the company as its highest performing sales leader year after year. She continued to set records in her most recent role as Chief Customer Experience Officer, leading the customer care and digital teams to deliver legendary customer experiences. She revolutionized T-Mobile's customer care to create Team of Experts, a radical re-invention of the old, broken customer service model. The Care organization won awards year after year under her leadership, earning J.D. Power Awards for highest in customer satisfaction 23 times and nine years in a row.
An advocate for company culture, Callie is passionate about meeting with T-Mobile teams across the U.S. and globally to learn from their experiences and celebrate their wins. Callie serves as the executive sponsor of T-Mobile's Multicultural Alliance network, where she supports the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts by reinforcing career paths for women and people of color and champions opportunities for underserved and under-represented business leaders.
Callie holds a Bachelor’s degree in literary studies from Bard College at Simon’s Rock and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
