Alison Minea is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for DISH in Washington, DC. She has been with the company since 2010. Alison leads a talented team responsible for Federal and state wireless regulatory compliance. She also advises on regulatory issues for mergers and acquisitions, spectrum policy, and auctions. Prior to joining DISH, Alison practiced communications law at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where she advised a broad range of clients in the telecommunications and technology sectors.
Alison is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and serves as a Silicon Flatirons Center Advisory Board Member. Alison earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in her hometown of Boulder, Colorado. She also graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in philosophy. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband, her 7 year old daughter, and 4 year old twin boys.
