Alexa Lee is the Cyber Policy Liaison at Qualcomm’s Global Government Affairs Team. In this role, Lee manages Qualcomm’s global policy priorities on cybersecurity, data privacy, and emerging technology. Lee is currently a Non-Resident Cyber Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, where she publishes analyses on the U.S-China technology competition. Before joining Qualcomm, Lee worked at the Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) focusing on global cybersecurity, supply chain, and data privacy issues. Lee spent time as a Prudential fellow at the Brookings Institute’s Center for East Asia Studies, U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce where she researched on US-China relations. Lee holds a Master’s in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
