UWB modules for precise distance ranging and radar capability for presence detection Back to Exhibitor Page
Murata’s next generation UWB modules allow engineers to leverage Angle of Arrival (AoA) and Time of Flight (ToF) for precise distance ranging and offers radar capability for presence detection.
Featuring NXP IC -
Type 2DK module is designed as a complete low power UWB tag solution that includes NXP QN9090 Bluetooth LE SoC, NXP SR040, and integrated separate antenna for UWB and Bluetooth LE. Simply add a coin cell battery to complete the UWB tag product!
Type 2BP module is SR150 based solution allowing three-antenna support for 3D Angle of Arrival capability. An evaluation kit that includes NXP QN9090 Bluetooth LE SoC, NXP SE051W secure element IC, type 2BP, and antenna (3 for UWB, 1 for Bluetooth LE) is available.
Featuring Qorvo IC -
Type 2AB includes Nordic nRF52840 Bluetooth LE SoC, Qorvo QM33120W IC, and a 3-axis sensor in a small compact size 10.5 x 8.3 mm thus reducing the PCB real estate by roughly 75% compared to the CoB solution.
